These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.inmoveskates.com and purchases from InMove Skates LLC (“InMove Skates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and posted shipping, return, and refund policies.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Purchases

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order or enter into a binding purchase agreement with us.

Minors may browse the website or use products only with appropriate parent or guardian supervision.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to payment-processor timing and applicable law.

4. Prices, Product Information, and Errors

We try to provide accurate prices, photographs, descriptions, specifications, sizing information, inventory information, and availability, but errors may occur.

Colors and appearance may vary by screen, lighting, production batch, or manufacturer.

We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or description errors and may update information without prior notice. If a material error affects an order you already placed, we may contact you to confirm how you wish to proceed or cancel and refund the affected item or order as appropriate.

5. Sizing and Fit

Sizing charts, fit recommendations, and staff recommendations are provided as general guidance. Fit can vary by brand, model, foot shape, skating style, socks, liners, and personal preference.

Unless required by law or expressly guaranteed by us in writing, a sizing recommendation is not a guarantee of fit.

Please review the applicable return and exchange policy before using a product outdoors or in a manner that may make it ineligible for return.

6. Payment

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for your order and any taxes, shipping charges, or other amounts disclosed before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may use fraud-prevention tools and may request additional verification where reasonably necessary to protect customers and the business.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, remote-area limitations, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms eliminates any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the return/refund policy posted on our website at the time of purchase, except where applicable law gives you additional non-waivable rights.

Returned products may need to be unused, unmodified, and in eligible condition with original packaging, tags, accessories, and components, as described in the applicable return policy.

Refund timing may depend on banks, card issuers, or payment processors after we issue the refund.

9. Product Safety and Assumption of Inherent Risk

Skating, roller sports, hockey, and related activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, equipment failure, and serious bodily injury.

You are responsible for selecting products appropriate for your intended use, checking equipment before use, following manufacturer instructions, maintaining equipment, using appropriate protective equipment, and skating within your skill level and in a safe environment.

Helmets and other protective equipment reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the risks inherent in skating and related activities. This section does not waive or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be waived, including rights that may apply to defective products.

10. Product Warranties

Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the applicable manufacturer according to its warranty terms.

We may assist customers with warranty questions, but we do not create additional manufacturer warranties unless expressly stated in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Educational and Non-Medical Information

Articles, videos, sizing guidance, skating instruction, product recommendations, fitness information, and other educational content are provided for general informational purposes.

They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult an appropriate qualified professional regarding medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

12. Intellectual Property

The website, including its text, graphics, photographs, videos, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other content, is owned by or licensed to InMove Skates and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, exploit, reverse engineer, or commercially use protected website content without authorization, except as permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

18. Indemnification for Misuse of the Website

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or for liabilities that cannot lawfully be shifted.

These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction’s non-waivable consumer-protection law applies.

Before filing a lawsuit, we encourage both parties to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any court proceeding relating to these Terms, the website, or a purchase from us shall be brought in a state or federal court located in or serving Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order generally governs that transaction, except where a change is required by law or expressly agreed to by the parties.

22. Severability and No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision in one situation is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
