PowerDyne is Riedell's roller skate plate range. The Reactor Pro uses a heat-treated 6066 aluminum baseplate, aluminum trucks and adjustable pivot arms. Choose a plate by its sizing chart and intended mounting position, and match replacement parts to the exact PowerDyne model.

Choosing a PowerDyne plate

What distinguishes Reactor Pro?
Riedell specifies a 6066 aluminum baseplate, a 10-degree kingpin angle, cold-forged aluminum trucks and 8mm axles for Reactor Pro. Its adjustable pivot arms and truck action require setup appropriate to the skater and plate.
Does the plate size equal the boot size?
No. PowerDyne charts list plate length, wheelbase and recommended boot sizes separately. Compare those measurements with the boot and intended mount instead of treating the plate number as a shoe size.
Will parts from another PowerDyne plate fit?
Do not assume so. Reactor Pro, Reactor Neo, Thrust and Arius use different designs. Match cushions, trucks, pivots and other hardware to the model specified by the manufacturer.
