Introducing the Flat frame, an innovative project developed by Antoni Pottier, a renowned Belgian skater with exceptional skills in park and street skating. Antoni's remarkable talent is evident from his impressive track record of consistently securing podium positions in major international contests over the past decade, including winning the Blading Cup in 2016 and Winterclash in 2017 and 2018. With such high-level accomplishments, Antoni requires top-quality equipment that can meet his exceptional needs and help him push the limits of his abilities.

The Flat frame draws inspiration from the Wizard products and the current trend for aluminum in aggressive skating. It combines CNC machined aluminum with a large plastic H-block to deliver outstanding performance. Despite lacking rockering options, the Flat frame features a slightly slanted wheelbase of 267 mm, meaning that the heel/back of the frame is a bit higher than the front part. This design offers a slight forward lean that makes skating fakie much faster and enhances the overall experience.

The Flat frame is designed to accommodate four wheels, each with a maximum size of 65 mm, and its sturdy aluminum construction provides an impressive speed boost that will be appreciated by transition and fast park skating enthusiasts. The sidewalls of the Flat frame are thicker than those of other aluminum frames on the market, making it the stiffest and most responsive option available. Additionally, the slot for wheels is thinner, which almost eliminates the unwanted bending of a wheel core, ensuring optimal energy transfer and enhancing the overall skating experience.

The Flat frame also features a large plastic H-block with square edges that helps prevent wheel bite during grinding, making it an ideal choice for performing tricks with four larger wheels. For skaters looking for a balance between aggressive and urban skating, the Flat frame could be the perfect fit. Its robust aluminum construction and 65 mm diameter bring us closer to a proper free skate setup while still providing optimal performance for skate parks users. The one-sided bolts for quick wheel replacement with only one Allen key add to the convenience and ease of use of the Flat frame.

While the Flat frame is not suitable for beginners, it is undoubtedly one of the most interesting aluminum options available for experienced skaters. According to many online reviews, the Flat frame is a unique product that stands out in the market due to its outstanding performance and design. Skating with the Flat frame requires some experience, but it can be a game-changer for experienced skaters looking for an innovative and reliable aluminum solution.
